Cancellations

At least 4-hour notice is required if you cannot attend your scheduled session.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to a session, work will be performed as the remaining session allows. Payment in full is expected.

Alcohol and Narcotics
In the interest of the safety of our clients, we will not perform any type of therapy on any client under the influence. If you choose to attend your session while under the influence, the session will be cancelled and payment due in full.

Confidentiality
We acknowledge the confidential nature of the professional relationship with you, the client, and respect each client's right to privacy.

Fees and Referrals
Rates are subject to change with at least a 30-day notice. We appreciate referrals, and as a "Thank You," you will receive one free massage for each three referrals.

Package holders
If appointment isn't cancelled or rescheduled with a 4-hour notice your package will be charged.
