We offer these treatments:

Neuromuscular: Myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and facilitated stretches are some techniques used to address a specific complaint. The goal is to correct muscle imbalances that lead to chronic pain or have been damaged by recent injuries.

Swedish Massage: For the client who would like full body relaxation without the specificity of neuromuscular. It also promotes the overall health of the nervous and lymphatic systems, in addition to relaxing the muscles.

Shiatsu: A form of Japanese bodywork that works with the energy channels (meridians) running through your body. The technique uses acupressure to facilitate the flow of energy and create an opportunity for the body to create harmony and heal itself.

OUR SERVICES: RATES

Neuromuscular: $60/hour (first time clients are $40/hour), $35/half-hour.

Swedish: $60/hour full body, $75/90-minute full body, $80 for a 90-minute session.

Shiatsu: A treatment can be included in a 90 minute session. Combining massage with specific shiatsu. $85

Bath therapeutics for aftercare: handcrafted, all-natural designed for use in hydrotherapy, aromatherapy, and general relaxation. A bath packet may be included as an after care treatment for an additional $10. Add $50 to a package price and receive packets for each treatment. Anyone over the age of 60 is $40 for any service at anytime.

Package Rates: 5 for $250 - 6th massage is free, 10 for $450 - 11th massage is free. Gift certificates available for intro price of $40.
